Client Responsibilities

Fees and Payment

Fees for services will be outlined in the contract or proposal provided to the client.

Payment terms are as specified in the contract. Failure to pay within the agreed timeframe may result in suspension or termination of services.

All fees are exclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated.

Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement by providing 30 days’ written notice. Upon termination, the client will be invoiced for any outstanding fees for services rendered up to the termination date.

Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep all confidential information received from the other party in strict confidence and not to disclose such information to any third party without prior written consent.

Limitation of Liability

SERPBiz will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the services provided.

Indemnification

Clients agree to indemnify and hold harmless SERPBiz, its employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of the client’s use of our services or breach of these terms and conditions.

Changes to Terms

SERPBiz reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and it is the client’s responsibility to review these terms regularly.

Governing Law

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
